Anfang 2024 trat ISR mit dem Wunsch an uns heran, sie bei ihren Videoprojekten zu unterstützen. Im Laufe des Jahres entstanden mehrere Dutzend Videos mit dem Ziel, das Unternehmen sichtbar zu machen und neue Ausbilderinnen und Ausbilder zu gewinnen. Unser Fokus lag dabei auf klaren, ansprechenden Inhalten, die die Mission von ISR transportieren und eine Verbindung zu potenziellen Trainerinnen und Trainern schaffen.

One of the most exciting projects was a cinematic retelling of ISR’s journey from its beginnings in 1966 to the present day.
The greatest challenge lay in working with the available archival footage. Over the decades, recordings had been created by both internal teams and external partners such as TV broadcasters. As a result, very little original raw material was available. Instead, we primarily worked with edited, compressed, or quality-limited footage. A significant part of our work therefore involved carefully restoring and enhancing these recordings. To achieve the best possible quality, we developed custom scripts for tasks such as logo removal, upscaling, and masking image artifacts.
The final result was an authentic, visually compelling video that powerfully tells the story of Infant Swimming Resource while respectfully adapting its visual language for today’s audience.
Another major focus of our collaboration was employer branding and recruitment. The goal was to attract qualified instructors who could guide and empower children through ISR’s swimming program. ISR currently works with around 1,200 professionals, mainly in the US, and relies on targeted communication to reach new talent while strengthening loyalty among existing team members.
The produced content was used in both external marketing campaigns and internal training programs. This approach increased brand visibility while also contributing to the quality and consistency of ISR’s training efforts.
